The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Preschool Teachers' Job Burnout: the Chain Mediating Effect of Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy and Work Engagement

چکیده

This study aims to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and job burnout among preschool teachers, as well chain mediating role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy work engagement in this relationship. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a sample teachers collect data on leadership, self-efficacy, engagement, burnout. The results indicate that negatively predicts teachers. Regulatory were found partially mediate burnout, respectively. Moreover, indirectly through mediation engagement.
